Telegraph: send Webmentions
Instead of messing with the details of sending webmentions yourself, we have a simple API that will handle endpoint discovery, gracefully handle failures and retries, and will let you know whether a webmention was successfully sent. All you have to do is tell us the page you want to send the webmention to and we'll take it from there.

Webmention W3 Recommendation
Webmention is a simple way to notify any URL when you mention it on your site. From the receiver's perspective, it's a way to request notifications when other sites mention it.

Aperture
You tell Aperture which feeds you want to follow, and it works behind the scenes collecting new posts. Aperture can follow Microformats, JSON Feed, Atom and RSS feeds.
Aaron Parecki
As gRegorLove said so well: It’s a really friendly, collaborative group of people and it is always inspiring to see what people are making. You don’t need to be a programmer! In fact, I would love to see more non-programmers attending. We need writers, graphic artists, designers, UX engineers, and anybody that wants to reclaim some of their online presence with a personal website.
